Mars Area School District elementary (K-6) students are invited to celebrate National Library Week, April 19-25, at home by participating in various optional activities.
- Learn About Your Favorite MASD elementary librarians:
- Watch an interview with the District’s elementary librarians (online at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gYCYV8gELiA
- Answer the same questions as your librarians by completing a National Library Week Survey (online at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe44neMH61O1zeTd6WKMXhjJt0FraW2Xtda9EuQEKTcDUI1gA/viewform
- Wear a shirt with words on it for your family to read.
- Read your favorite book to a family member, pet or stuffed animal.
- Make a bookmark for a family member.
- Create your own picture book or graphic novel, then share it with your family members
