Mars Area Centennial School, Mars Area Elementary School and Mars Area Primary Center will hold a Building Visitation Day on Wednesday, Aug. 19.
The event will offer an opportunity for students (Grades K-6) and their parents to check out their school buildings before the start of the school year. Face masks must be worn at all times in the buildings.
All parents and students are asked to adhere to the following time schedules to promote social distancing:
Mars Area Primary Center
- 9 to 10:30 a.m. — AM Kindergarten
- 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. — Grade 1 (Last name beginning with A-L)
- 12 to 1:30 p.m. — PM Kindergarten
- 1:30 to 3 p.m. — Grade 1 (Last name beginning with M-Z)
Mars Area Elementary School
- 9 to 10 a.m. — Grade 2 (Last name beginning with A-L)
- 10 to 11 a.m. — Grade 2 (Last name beginning with M-Z)
- 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. — Grade 3 (Last name beginning with A-L)
- 12 to 1 p.m. — Grade 3 (Last name beginning with M-Z)
- 1 to 2 p.m. — Grade 4 (Last name beginning with A-L)
- 2 to 3 p.m. — Grade 4 (Last name beginning with M-Z)
Mars Area Centennial School
- 9 to 10 a.m. — Grade 5 (Last name beginning with A-L)
- 10 to 11 a.m. — Grade 5 (Last name beginning with M-Z)
- 1 to 2 p.m. — Grade 6 (Last name beginning with A-L)
- 2 to 3 p.m. — Grade 6 (Last name beginning with M-Z)
Note: Classroom teachers are not required to attend Building Visitation events.
