Mars Area Centennial School’s PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention Supports) Student Ambassadors will sponsor a “Pie in the Face” Assembly at 2 p.m. on Friday, April 24.

As part of a PBIS fundraiser (April 13-17), fifth- and sixth-graders were asked to drop donations in containers with the names of those teachers, who have volunteered to be “pied.” The five teachers with the most donations will be announced at the assembly.

The fundraiser collected $1,672.04 to benefit Butler County Humane Society as well as be used to purchase new equipment for the school’s playground. For more information, call (724) 625-2601.
