Four Mars Area Centennial School sixth-graders competed in the Academic Games League of America (AGLOA) Presidents academic competition, held Jan. 10 at Slippery Rock University.

Sixth-graders Everly Henderson, Emma Johnston, Jackie Li and Mary Rhenish scored a combined 200 points in the question and response game, which develops students’ understanding of the personalities, historical contexts, political decisions, and other events surrounding Presidents of the United States.
