Mars Area School District’s elementary schools (K-6) are holding individual fundraisers to benefit the American Heart Association, as follows:                                                       

• Mars Area Elementary School — Through Tuesday, Feb. 13. Donations will be accepted online at https://www2.heart.org/site/TR?pg=company&fr_id=9739&company_id=440155 or via the Kids Heart Challenge app
  
  
• Mars Area Primary Center — Through Friday, March 1. Donations will be accepted online at https://www2.heart.org/site/TR?pg=company&fr_id=9739&company_id=438514 or via the Kids Heart Challenge app
  
  
• Mars Area Centennial School — Through Friday, March 1. Donations will be accepted online at https://www2.heart.org/site/TR?pg=company&fr_id=9738&company_id=433665 or via the American Heart Challenge app

Throughout the fundraiser, students will be learning about proper heart health, while participating in heart healthy activities in their physical education classes. Students will also be asked to collect donations for the American Heart Association.
