Mars Area Centennial School will hold its 2026 Science Fair from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10.

SIGN-UPS — Fifth- and sixth-graders interested in participating, may register online at https://tinyurl.com/2s4dheww  through 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 17.

The competitive event is open to all Mars Area Centennial School students (Grades 5-6). First through third place ribbons will be awarded as well as awards for Best Oral Presentation, Best Overall Project, Most Creative Topic, Most Enthusiastic Presentation, and Most Scientific Project.

The goal of the annual event is to stimulate imagination and independent thinking; increase students’ knowledge in a variety of scientific areas; teach the use of the scientific process; train students in organization and major task completion; and provide an opportunity to enjoy science. Mars Area Elementary PTO sponsors the annual event.
