Mars Area Centennial School announced the winners of the school’s 2025 Read Across America & National Reading Month Book Cover Poster Contest.

The contest asked students to re-create a cover from one of their favorite books. Winners were sixth-graders Ella Reefer for “Five Nights at Freddy’s,” adapted by Andrea Wagner; Reese Carrel and Anna Goehring for “Front Desk” by Kelly Yang; Cayley Chaffee for “Falling Out of Time” by Margaret Peterson Haddix; and Aivree Vierling for “Black Beauty” by Anna Sewell.
