Mars Area Centennial School fifth-grader Addison Smith will join the cast of the Pittsburgh CLO’s production of A Musical Christmas Carol, which takes the stage Dec. 13-23 at the Byham Theater.
Smith will take on the role of Belinda Cratchet in the production, which offers a retelling of the Charles Dickens classic, set to the music of the holiday season. She will perform in 17 shows over 13 days alongside Emmy and Tony-nominated actor Denis O’Hare as Scrooge.
A student at the Pittsburgh CLO Academy, Smith has trained for dance at Studio 19 (Mars) and for acting and singing at Perform! Pittsburgh Theater & Talent School (Mars). In addition to numerous commercial and print ads, Smith has appeared in CBS television drama, FBI: Most Wanted, and has on-camera roles in the Paramount+ show, Mayor of Kingstown, as well as the upcoming films, Hershey and River.
