Five Mars Area Centennial School student ambassadors participated in the 2026 Midwestern Intermediate Unit IV PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports) Student Leadership Summit, held Oct. 22.

Fifth-graders Sophia Bailey, Caia Clark, Emily Goehring, Keegan Pohl and Anthony Zimmerman were randomly selected from among the school’s student ambassadors to  represent Mars Area School District at the event.

The students joined in a jungle-themed expedition, completing STEAM-related activities focused on team-building and communication. The students then discussed each challenge and how it related to real-world situations in their school.
